VISUAL BIO
My photography teacher at Barnsdall was Laura London. She impacted me positively due to her independence and making a living as an artist. I learned about Los Angeles County High School for the Arts from being in her class and she assisted me with my portfolio for admission. She also encouraged me to show my work in student shows and to continue studying art after high school.
I modeled for her all through high school and into college. Here's a photo of me thrift shopping at a store on the 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Monica. It's probably closed now since 3rd Street isn't as funky as it used to be. Photo © Laura London
